General Laborer/Fabrication Helper
Pioneer Critical Power is looking for individuals who would like to grow with our company. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with others and who thrive in a team environment. In the role of General Laborer/ Fabrication Helper, you will be required to assist production, supply, and maintenance employees with tasks. You will perform tasks generally of a routine nature and will be required to place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing. You will sand, grind, clean, sweep and be required to be on your feet all day. Must be willing to follow instructions and adapt to different workflows daily- your job assignments will change often and you must be a team player.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform tasks generally of a routine nature.
Perform tasks using small hand tools and grinders.
Assist production, supply, and maintenance employees with tasks.
Assist in layout to align workpieces.
Lift, hold, move and make adjustments to blocking, braces, and jigs to hold the workpiece in place.
Furnish other employees with materials, tools, and supplies.
Hold tap and rods and mark reference points to assist in layout.
Load, stack, and transport stock, tools, dies, and work in process by hand or by fork truck.
Attach and move workpiece by crane.
Clean and scrape metal preparatory to fabricating, welding, painting, or shipping, using the scraping tool, abrasive, or placing in a solvent bath.
Pick up scrap from the area.
Clean work area, machines, tools, and equipment.
Follow safe work practices.
Clean up a work area at the end of the day.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor, team leader, or owner.

Monday – Friday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
